Dr. Gregory Firn served as Superintendent, Deputy Superintendent, and in a number of other academic leadership roles in Texas, North Carolina, Connecticut, Washington state, Nevada, and overseas. Grounded in the college effects analysis, Dr. Firn’s leadership resulted in school system enchancment as measured by student achievement and efficiency results, elevated father or mother, neighborhood, and faculty engagement, elevated graduation rates and decreased pupil suspensions. A pioneer in digital conversion, he twice led system-wide digital transformation initiatives, together with the design and implementation of strong human capital improvement programs. Dr. Firn earned his doctorate from Seattle Pacific College, the place his analysis focused on learner-centered schooling.
