Dr. Firn has served as Superintendent, Deputy Superintendent, and in several different academic leadership roles in Texas, North Carolina, Connecticut, Washington state, Nevada, and overseas. Grounded in the school results analysis, Dr. Firn’s management resulted in school system enchancment as measured by student achievement and efficiency results, increased father or mother, neighborhood, and school engagement, increased graduation rates and decreased student suspensions. A pioneer in digital conversion, he twice led system-broad digital transformation initiatives, together with the design and implementation of robust human capital growth programs. Dr. Firn earned his doctorate from Seattle Pacific University, the place his analysis targeted on learner-centered schooling.
