Tara Nattrass
Tara holds a doctorate of education in Leadership, Coverage and Group from Vanderbilt College as well as a master's diploma in Instructional Management from St. Louis University. Tara presently serves as the Director of Elementary Training and Title I for Cabarrus County Faculties exterior of Charlotte, North Carolina. Prior to her work in North Carolina, Tara served as a trainer in St. Louis, Missouri and London, England; a K-12 literacy instructional facilitator; and a faculty-stage administrator. Dr. Firn has served as Superintendent, Deputy Superintendent, and in several different academic leadership roles in Texas, North Carolina, Connecticut, Washington state, Nevada, and overseas.
