Blueprint for fulfillment

Vision


Efficient leaders vividly describe their vision for the future and paint a clear picture of that destination to others. A imaginative and prescient inspires folks to work towards a typical objective. - How continuously am I communicating my imaginative and prescient and priorities?

- Can my employees articulate my vision and priorities?

- Am I supporting my employees on our path to attaining our targets?

- Am I leading or managing?

- How am I making a distinction?
